1. Within 24-48 business hours, you'll receive a return shipping label from UPS. Please print that out prior to dropping the package to UPS.
2. Please print out the shipping label and attach it on the box prior to dropping the product off at UPS.
3. Remember to send us the ear buds and all the accessories that came with it.
4. Once your product is received and verified, we'll process the refund within 4-6 weeks via check.
5. The amount to be refunded is the full retail price $329.99 CAD plus tax.
