一般的家用电表都是200AMP或以下的 200AMP以上的一般是商用的 就是根据你的电表的容量会收这个月租费 用电的计量单位是kwh（度）不是AMP 这里没有阶梯式的电费的 |

8.86是基础费用，类似于月租费，无论用没用电都得交这个钱。每月超过200Amp，剩余部分是17.72. 8.983是用电量单价 |
