在新页面中点击English按钮
在新页面下部点击Next按钮
在新页面下方点选I have read, understood and agree with the above Privacy Notice，再点击continue按钮
开始填表，只填带*的即可：

还不是公民或PR，选individual/corporation currently present in Canada
*Surname (Family Name) 填你的姓的拼音
*Given Name(s) (First Name)填你的名的拼音
*Street Number 填你现住街道门牌号
*Street Name 填你现住街道名
*City: 填你现住城市名
*Province/State 填你现住省名
*Country 选Canada
* Postal Code: Format (i.e. K1K 1K1) 填你现住址邮编
* Telephone number: Format (i.e. 613-555-1234) 你的电话号码，按括弧内格式填，要有两个-号
*E-mail Address 填你的电子邮箱
*Re-enter e-mail address再输入一次你的电邮
*Are you requesting information on your own behalf? 调自己的选yes
*Select the category that best describes you选Member of the Public
*How would you prefer to receive the requested records? 我选的E-mail，方便快捷
点continue按钮进入下一页
*What type of information are you requesting? 选Privacy Act不收费，选Access to Information Act要交5刀。肯定选Access to Information Act了
出现*Which type of records do you wish to request? 选Immigration/Citizenship Records
再出现一些新的提问，依次是姓的拼音、名的拼音和生日，生日选完要点勾勾
*What type of record would you like to request? 选Permanent Residence
*Which specific information are you looking for?两个选项，都有用。先选一个，交5刀；再重复上述步骤选另一个，再交5刀
*File Number(s)填你递交联邦之后收到的FN
点continue按钮进入下一页
Other Documents (optional)可选项，不是必填。建议提交一下，比如你的大签，护照等扫描电子档。最多可上传5个文件。然后点continue按钮进入下一页
核对你填过的所有信息，有错误的话点击Modify按钮进行修改，确认无误后点选下方的I certify that the information provided is true and wish to submit this request，再点continue按钮进入下一页
点Proceed to Secure Checkout按钮离开官网进入第三方付款页面
选择支付方式，完成支付。你会收到一封邮件告诉你30个calendar days内处理你的申请，并给你一个查询号和收款收据。
