1. this is new condo. no furniture. 新楼，无家具。本人只住了三个月。

3. The whole unit with one bed room is facing east. in the left hand side of this suite, there is another wing of the building, which blocking the wind from north. So this suite is very warm. 单位面向东，它的北面是本楼的另外一翼，挡住了北面的寒风，所以不会冷。房内暖气是电热片，如照片，不是空调，不会感觉太干。而且温度恒定，不会时冷时热。
4. in the 7th floor, which is the highest level. So it's very quiet and no sound from your ceiling. 在顶层，所以不会有楼上的噪音。邻居是独居的老外，非常安静，像我这么对噪音敏感的人，支着耳朵也听不见噪声。
5. Sublet until Aug 31,2017. 整间单位转租，合约到2017年8月31日止。
6. $1295 is the original rental from the property company and I didn't add any mark up on it. You just need continue to pay property company. 全楼标准价$1295/一居室，本人未做任何加价（有些同胞转租会加价一点，对这种行为表示不齿）。以后付房租给物业管理公司。
