对于通过省提名申请PR的无犯罪证明有效期，官方的解释是：Police certificates are generally considered to be valid for one year from date of issue; therefore depending on the processing time of your application, you may be requested to submit new certificates. 如果是之前在其它国家居住超过半年，那么官方的解释是：have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory。所以综合起来考虑: 无犯罪证明只能是你离开中国后再开，并且公证书签发的日期到联邦阶段收到你材料的日期不能超过1年。准备的说应该是从签发日期到收到FN的时间，不超过一年。 |
