The 2017 room rental information has been confirmed. Winnipeg Chinese Culture and Community Centre has made a refurbishment to the Gym last year. After the refurbishment, Folklorama and Zhonghua Cup Basketball Tournament were held in the new Gym, and the events were extreme successful. Also, we have a dancing room with kitchen, and a meeting room with white board. The Gym, dancing room and meeting room can be used to hold different activities, such as party, performance, banquet, meeting, lectures, sport and so on. The capacity is 300 people. 中华文化中心去年刚翻新装修了篮球场，经过去年民风节Folklorama以及中华杯篮球比赛的实践检验，现发布2017年租赁信息。另外还有舞蹈室（带厨房）和会议室（带黑板）。适用于各种大小型活动，派对、演出、晚宴、会议、课程、体育活动等。至多可容纳300人。
