In 2016 we won the award for Consumers Choice and in 2018 we won the award for Top Choice Award amongst Winnipeg Veterinary clinics.

Inresponse to the post the facts are stated as this:

1)The owners brought their pet into the clinic very sick and was diagnosed with Pancreatitis, the owners agreed and signed the estimate for treatment and so, treatment was provided. Ultimately Dr. Zheng saved their pets life and the owners showed no gratitude, not even a "thank you" was offered.
1)狗的主人把他生病的动物带到我们曼省动物医院。郑医生诊断出这只狗患了胰腺炎。狗的主人签了报价单和确定会交医药费,所以郑医生尽他所能把狗医好。可是狗的主人完全没有感激的心,就连“谢谢”都没有说就走了。
2)The moment they entered our practice, they had nothing positive to say,extensive complaining. They were provided with $250 discount through our subsidy program. Their pet has extreme behavioural problems, he is very aggressive and cant be handled. He attacked our veterinarian, ripping bothhis shoes and his pants and leaving puncture wounds on both his ankle and his foot with both owners present and "controlling" him in the examroom.

3) They refused to pay any form of compensation for the damaged pants and leather shoes. They were advised to come in daily to assistin feeding the pet and letting him out while he was hospitalised as he is uncontrollable and unmanageable. They never came.

Ultimately, this practice treated this petand saved his life, we were patient and caring despite the severe aggression wehad to work with. We received no remorseor compensation for the problems. We have to keep the safety of our employees apriority, and so we did what we thought was best, and fired this client as of November 27, 2019.

其实我也从员工那里听到一些她们的话。这只狗是从其他诊所转过去曼省动物医院的。病历里面也是写“这只狗有非常严重的攻击性”。对于攻击性严重的狗,郑医生给狗打镇静剂是必要手段,否则根本是无法治疗。通常动物在笼子里大小便,如果动物是温顺的话,我们的程序是把动物移到干净的笼子,然后再清理脏笼子。但如果动物有攻击性,我们根本无法给动物转移到干净的笼子,因为我们一碰动物就会有被咬被抓的危险,这就是为什么我们会要求狗主人自己来喂动物和帮助员工转移动物到干净的笼子里,要是狗主人自己都不来,我们只能看着大小便在那里也是不敢动这只动物的。显然这位狗主人认为我们有心理准备要处理这种有攻击性的狗是不体谅的。我相信这位狗主人要是来我们诊所试试处理其他有攻击性的狗就会理解我们的难处。
