Properties Maintenance Worker (Full Time)

Alarge property management company in Winnipeg is looking for a full-timemaintenance worker.

Ifyou like or good at home repairing, handy work, this job may be for you.Properties maintenance will handle multiple works as below¡­

• Suiteor building painting, repair lights, doors, power plugs, kitchen bathroom tap,sink pipes, clear clogging drain pipes, install or remove flooring¡­ Everything you see inyour home, you have a chance to repair them¡­
  

• Buildingarea maintenance, landscaping, snow or grass removal...
  

• Communicationskill is needed, you would need to communicate with tenants, problem-solving,coordinate with on-site offices.
  

• Haveyour driver license & car ready, travel to different properties on the sameday is possible within Winnipeg.
  

• Possibleovertime might be needed if necessary. Especially end of month move-out &move-in preparation. This job is not always clean, sometimes you might getmessy, like wet paint, clean clogged pipes, repair the toilet...
  

Ifyou think you don't have enough skills for the job, we will train you, but you need to have energy, enthusiasm for it. And thisis a long-term full-time job with regulated pay, hourly rate will be discussedwhen we meet.
