The actual person's name has been edited. On page 4, paragraph 10, the "President" of the company, in addition to his role with Winplus, he works full time for a large public sector employer. On the company's website, the president's name is Xianfeng Dong. The webpage is all in Chinese. Xianfeng Dong is the English translation of the president's Chinese name.

In the written decision, the "President" testified that in the spring or early summer of 2018, he took on a larger role in the daily operations and management of the company.
Searching the name Xianfeng Dong, he is working for the City of Winnipeg as a Project leading in the Department of Corporate support service with a 2018 annual salary of $93k. Even in 2022, $93K salary per year is doubled the average wage level in Manitoba.
